Classic vermouth is aged in Islay Whiskey barrels for over 18 months and this process allows it to capture the unique character of the famous spirit. Every year there is a limited production of only one barrel, from which 337 bottles were extracted in 2014.
Nose: The intense amber color introduces enveloping aromas, distinctly marked by peat smoke, which are perfectly matched by the aromatic complexity of the vermouth.
Palate: Very soft and velvety when tasted, it expresses roundness, a strong body and warm persistence enriched by evident smokey hints.
Finish: Smooth and refreshing.
