Classic vermouth is aged in Islay Whisky barrels for over 18 months and this process allows it to capture the unique character of the famous spirit. Every year there is a limited production of only one barrel, from which 337 bottles were extracted in 2013, unquestionably the best vermouth money can buy. Nose: The intense amber colour introduces enveloping aromas, distinctly marked by peat smoke, which are perfectly matched by the aromatic complexity of the vermouth.
