Detailed Description
Created using a reverse engineering approach, this gin is a combination of eight botanicals, including including juniper, red rooibos tea, fresh orange peel and bitter orange peel. The botanicals are macerated in a wheat neutral spirit and well water from the distillery grounds in LaGrange, New York, before being distilled through a 500-gallon copper pot still that was designed by Scottish firm Forsyths.
