J Mossman Pink Gold Crown is aged 18 years, yielding a robust whisky bursting with regal character. This 18-year-old Scotch has nuanced notes of oil, caramel, roasted spices, surly peat smoke, and a hint of fruity sweetness. A full bodied spirit that has all of the refined characteristics of a well-matured whisky.
Nose: Fruity layers of marzipan, chocolate orange and decadent wine.
Palate: Smooth, with tart peach and nectarines, nutty almond and clove flavors.
Finish: Long and warming with notes of candied ginger and chocolate.
Sir J. Mossman, a goldsmith in Edinburgh, Scotland was a jeweler to Mary, Queen of Scots. In 1540 he refashioned the Crown of Scotland to the way it exists until nowadays. J. Mossman whisky was inspired by the royal history. Produced in Scotland, it offers the regal taste experience to those appreciating the art of wonderfully balanced blend.
