The Fine Busnel is from a blend of different Calvados Pays d’Auge aged for 2 years minimum in oak barrels. Until the beginning of the 19th century, Calvados was a local alcohol produced at farms and mainly destined for family consumption.
Nose: A bright and fruity aroma that will remind you of macerated apples and fig.
Palate: The palate offers notes of cinnamon-baked apples, oaky spice, crunchy green apples and pears.
Finish: Aftertaste of vanilla and coffee.
