La Cofradia was founded at more than 50 years. The convergence of the local topography, the old and exuberant mango trees, and especially water, the source of life, give meaning to the brotherhood, which is produced beverage that comes from the Mexican land and is shared with the world: Tequila. The name La Cofradia is synonymous with Union fraternity or representation of a common well, and the people who work there are called “Los Cofrades‚Äù (the brothers).
