Turin Vermouth’s Drapo Rosso is intense and fruity with floral hints. This can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a range of cocktails that call for red vermouth.
Nose: Berry fruit, vanilla, caramel, raisons and cola cubes with nutmeg, clove and black pepper.
Palate: More berry and raison fruit, cola cubes and vanilla with balancing rooty bitterness and clove spice.
Finish: Light clove spice and rooty bitterness with cola and red berry fruit.
