The Wild Ros√© Vermouth from the Regal Rogue range is a fruit-forwards expression, featuring native Australian illawara plums, strawberry gum and rosella, giving notes of red-fruit and earthy anise. “Fearlessly Handcrafted” as the bottle suggests, and it also features a rather valiant-looking knight on the label.
Nose: Tempting aromas of ripe strawberries and raspberries. Clean and fresh, with fruity perfume.
Palate: A little sweeter on the palate, with rich, fruity notes of candied cherries, strawberries and candy floss. A floral note of roses, too.
Finish: The ripe fruits are elevated by the soft floral notes.
