The mezcal is then double-distilled in copper stills to create a smooth, smoky flavor. The mezcal is then aged for two months in oak barrels. This mezcal has a smoky aroma, a smooth flavor, and a sweet finish. It is perfect for sipping neat or in a variety of cocktails.
