This is a great mezcal from Wahaka VdM Sonora. It is made from 100% Lechuguilla agave and is aged for 5 years in oak barrels. The result is an incredibly smooth and complex mezcal with notes of citrus, smoke, and spice. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of sweetness. This is a great mezcal to sip neat or as part of a cocktail.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
