Ambhar Tequila Plata : A small batch Tequila made with 100% blue weber agave, Ambhar’s Plata expression is made with agave from both the highlands and the lowlands. It’s distilled in Jalisco not once, but five times before it is aged in stainless steel tanks for 60 days, during which time the spirit mellows and marries.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
