Ancho Reyes Verde : The folks behind the marvellous Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur have only gone and create a green chile variant! The use of green chili brings and earthier, more vegetal spiciness to the flavour profile (compared the to sweetness/spice juxtaposition of the original recipe), which lends itself to being used in gin-based cocktails as well as tequila and mezcal-based tipples.
