This expression spends 43 months sitting in oak cask, before being transferred over smaller casks for a final month (these smaller casks are rotated daily). It’s then bottled at 40% ABV and presented in a tall, slender bottle which stands out from the rest of Avi√≥n’s selection.
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
