A brilliant red vermouth from Italian producer Bordiga in the Occitan valleys, made using the Nebbiolo grape variety (which you might know from all of those tasty Barolo wines). With richness and sweetness in equal measures, this should complement all manner of gins and whiskies.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
