Black Cow vodka is a very interesting spirit from West Dorset, produced by dairy farmer Jason Barber, made using pure whole milk. This has resulted in a smooth, creamy vodka with touches of vanilla and cinnamon on the palate. The whey is used to make the vodka, while the curds go into Jason’s cheeses – yum! This is a 50cl bottling.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
