A sugar cane rum from Brazil, bottled by Samaroli! It was distilled in 2011, and shipped to Scotland to be aged in a single cask ‚Äì because it’s cooler, the spirit can age for longer. It was bottled in 2020 in a release of 313 bottles at a generous 50% ABV. A superbly floral expression.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
