It spent 18 years in American white oak bourbon barrels, and was then treated to a short finish in Andalusian white oak sherry barrels. It comes in a pretty stylish matte black bottle with a great big silver X on the front. You know what they say, X marks the spot…
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
