A classicly smoky and maritime Caol Ila, lovingly bottled by The Sipping Shed! The single malt was distilled on the island and left to age for a decade in a single bourbon hogshead. When it reached the age of 10, it was bottled at cask strength, with 272 bottles yielded from the cask weighing in at 60.1% ABV.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: Lingering finish.
