A single cask, sherried Caol Ila! Distilled on Islay in 2010, and filled into a sherry butt for the next nine years. Eventually, Langside bottled it up for the Hepburn’s Choice series, with a release of 797 bottles at 46% ABV.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
