A delicately sweet eau de vie from Capreolus, made from sweet Doyenné du Comice dessert pears sourced from Bentley’s of Castle fruit farm in Newent, Gloucestershire. The whole fruit is crushed, slowly fermented and then double distilled, creating a fruity and sweet tipple with a floral hint. A brilliant aperitif, served chilled.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
