This single vintage Armagnac hails from the ever wonderful Clés des Ducs, known for producing superb spirits at great value. This particular bottling was distilled back 1980, and having rested in oak for many moons, was eventually bottled up and given a particularly snazzy presentation box.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
