With a base spirit made exclusively from Lady Claire and Rosetta potato varieties, St Patrick’s Elderflower Gin is distilled over in Cork, Ireland. The floral expression makes for a great summer tipple, perhaps paired with ginger ale to balance the powerful floral flavour profile.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
