Here we have Staffordshire Gin’s take on an Old Tom style of gin, showcasing cinnamon, orange and rose botanicals. It’s slightly sweetened after distillation, as well as being infused with hibiscus and saffron to give it its rose gold hue as well as a fragrant flavour profile. A wonderfully fragrant expression from the folks up in the Midlands.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
