Like Ivey, the grapes used in their contemporary Grape Brandy are complex, yet lively and refreshing. Their hardy Minnesota-bred Frontenac gris grapes are naturally fermented and distilled to showcase their enticing peach and citrus aroma, then aged in oak for less than six months.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
