The agave is cooked and fermented with yeast, and then distilled twice to produce a smooth, flavorful spirit. Kilinga Bacanora Silvestre has a unique flavor that is described as being sweet, earthy, woody and herbal with a hint of spice. It is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
