Cornwall’s Tinkture joined forces with Andy and Lyndsey Appleton, the duo behind Appleton’s bar, to create Negroni Rosa. It’s made with Tinkture Rose Gin, Quaglia Bitter Bèrto and Antica Quaglia Vermouth Berto Bianco. Literally all they’ve left for you to do is pour over ice and add a squeeze of fresh orange.
Tinkture was founded by Hannah Lamiroy while she was on a journey of discovery into the provenance of alcohol. Her aim was to ‘clean up’ alcohol and create a liquid that would be good for our bodies. While playing with a certain recipe, she found the blend of fresh roses and traditional gin botanicals worked in harmony, and so Tinkture was created.
