A splendid seasonal gin joins the collaborative collection from Clapham’s Trinity restaurant and Wandsworth’s Green Room Distillery, this edition celebrates winter time! Clementine, Douglas fir, pine, and heather are joined by an intriguing touch of Islay peat, bringing plenty of festive character and cosy fireside smoke. Try this with spiced tonic or cranberry juice, garnished with a wedge of orange for a wonderfully wintery serve.

Distillery Information

Green Room’ Distillery was set up by Duncan McLean and Seb Frost, two friends who were working in the theatre industry that was so heavily impacted by the lockdown in 2020. Having acquired a copper pot still from a friend in France 3 years earlier, Duncan’s design studio was converted into a distillery before launching Green Room Gin in 2021. Green Room Distillery partners with the charity BACKUP, which supports technical professionals in the entertainment industry, with £1 being donated from each bottle sale.
