Clever stuff from the foraging folk at Buck and Birch, this vodka is treated to an infusion of raw birch sap, birch bitters, and birch syrup imparting bright layers of juicy succulents, floral herbs, and cucumber. We can imagine this working rather well mixed with tonic, elderflower pressé, or even cucumber water.
