Detailed Description
A rich, fruity, and floral treat whipped up to celebrate 10 years of That Boutique-y Whisky Company. This is a curveball of a treat, as it’s not whisky, but Calvados, the delightful French cider spirit that becomes the first to be bottled for That Boutique-y Calvados Company. A total of 366 bottles, to be precise. From Christian Drouin, this one was distilled at the very end of the year 2000 under Appellation Calvados Pays D’Auge Contrôlée, meaning the ciders may contain a maximum of 30% perry pears, and pot still distillation is mandatory. A sherry cask full of the spirit was sent over to Bristol for maturation (similar to how some Cognac is “early landed”), which makes this a rare bottling.

Distillery Information
That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles limited edition whiskies from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels that feature prominent figures from the whisky industry, tales from the histories of certain distilleries, or even (in the case of their Aultmores) a Velociraptor fighting a shark!
