A gorgeous rosé vermouth from the Black Forest, Apros has created this blushing edition from pinot gris and pinot noir grapes, along with rosemary, pink pepper, orange peel, and angelica root among its botanicals. It’s tangy, sweet, and gently herbal and spicy – perfect for spritzing!
Apros Rosé Vermouth Tasting Notes
Nose: Refined with mild-fruity aromas of pink pepper, the tangy-sweetness of angelica root and rosemary.

Distillery Information
Matthias Sasse is a native of Baden through and through. He loves life and his job as an entrepreneur. His dream: his own vermouth from his homeland that tastes good. The appropriate name: apros, Latin for wild boar. Two good friends join them: Achim Berger, restaurateur and bar freak, and Johannes von Gleichenstein, oenologist and winery owner at the Kaiserstuhl. The apros adventure begins.
