At the peak of the Selezione Bortolo Nardini sits this 15 year old grappa. The distillers use a combination of Merlot, Cabernet and Pinot Grigio grape pomace for the spirit, which is allowed to age in oak barrels for at least 15 years before ebing bottled. The range is name after Nardini’s founder, Bortolo Nardini.
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
