Detailed Description
Medium-bodied with honey, ginger and marjoram on the entry.
Reviews:
- Wine Advocate: The 1954 Rivesaltes has a slightly lighter color than the 1955 and I find that the nose is a little more diffuse and volatile. The palate is medium-bodied with honey, ginger and marjoram on the entry. There is not huge depth here and if anything, it feels as if it would benefit from further aging. I just find this is missing the fireworks of other vintages.
