Another agave spirit from the El Destilado range, made by a small producer in Santa María Ixcatlán, Oaxaca, using papalome agave. This particular variety is a bit like tobala, but while tobala may be one of the psychically smaller types of agave, papalome are much larger.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: The finish is unique and complex.
