Detailed Description
This glitzy sake is the work of Kita No Homare, produced on Hokkaido, one of Japan’s main islands. The Junmai-Daiginjo sake is produced with polished rice and water from the Okusawa stream, so it’s clean and crisp. Oh, and of course it’s got gold flakes in the liquid too, so it’s perfect for when you’re feeling fancy. Serve either chilled or at room temperature, and we’ve heard it goes rather well with seafood.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Lingering finish.
