Here at MoM, you may have noticed we’re devout lovers of puns. Imagine our delight when Bacchus to the Future Grape Scott Part 1 arrived on our doorstep! It’s the result of a collaboration between East London Liquor Company and Renegade London Wine, producing a grappa-style spirit. It’s distilled from 2017 Hereford Bacchus grape pomace, which has then been rested for six months in a cask which previously held red wine. It’s fabulous as an aperitif, or even drizzled over ice cream. With great wordplay and delicious spirit, what’s not to like?
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Long, delicate and complex.
