Detailed Description
A marvellous aged (kusu) Awamori from Japan’s Mizuho Distillery on the island of Ryukyu. This expression is produced with rice from Thailand and Koji, which is distilled a single time before being allowed to rest. Kusu Awamori must be aged for a minimum of three years in jars before bottling – this expression has been treated to five years of maturation, making it a fantastic introduction to the delights of aged Awamori.
