This expression from Speight’s was produced in the family’s copper pot still named Barbara! Bilberries were allowed to gently infuse along with the botanicals, imparting a beautifully delicate, sweet fruity flavour. Glorious in a straight up G&T, with several wedges of fresh lime.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Lingering finish.
