From Fowey Valley Cider in Cornwall comes this 2 year old cider brandy! Its vintage cider is distilled five times, and then filled into new American oak barrels. After two years, it’s bottled at 40% ABV. A rather unique tipple that works very well as a digestif.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Lingering finish.
