Abelha 3 year old is a gold Cachaça made in Bahia at the north of Brazil. It’s distilled from sugarcane which is processed on the day of cutting and is certified organic.
Nose: Herbal, rich nose. Pertains to roasted agaves, a little custard.
Palate: Black pepper, tangy citrus and custard. Peppery.
Finish: Spiced with notes of oak and cedar.
