This particular expression has been made with brewing yeast as well as distilling yeast, which introduces additional flavour to the spirit while the distilling yeast remains particularly efficient at converting fermentable sugars.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
