Detailed Description
A Peruvian Pisco whose name translates to ‘devil of the Andes’. It’s made by Vina Tacama, one of South America’s oldest producers, with grapes grown in the Ica region south of Lima. An Acholado is one of three categories of Peruvian Pisco, meaning that it’s made from a blend of two or more of the eight Pisco grape varieties permitted, in this case Quebranta, Albilla, Torontel, Moscatel and Italia.
