A Dry vermouth expression from the wonderful folks over at Forest Spirits in Belgium! A whole host of botanicals are married in this fragrant spirit, including sage, chamomile, dandelion root and cumin seed along with some citrus in there too. We’re sure this would be just as exceptional on the rocks as in a Martini.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
