Local apples are crushed, pressed and fermented in the autumn, and by New Year the folks at the distillery have a cider on their hands. Then, the cider is distilled to create the brandy, packed full of orchard fruitiness. Pair with anything rhubarb related for a boozy English treat!
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
