The Extra Dry Vermouth from Pembrokeshire’s Still Wild is made with an English wine at its heart, and features a medley of cold distilled botanicals to build out its fabulous flavour profile. Bold and bright, with a complex herbaceousness running through it, we reckon it’ll do wonders in gin-based cocktails, and be brill served over ice with some fresh lemon as garnish.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
