Made with a base of vermouth, which has been dealcoholised, so you can use it in alcohol-free cocktails and the like. Expect enjoyably bitter notes of orange, wormwood, and gentian here, folks. Serve over ice, with plenty of tonic water and a slice of fresh orange.
