If you’re looking for a way to spruce up your G&Ts, this snazzy item from the folks at Salcombe in Devon will work marvels. Created specifically to be paired with Salcombe’s Gin Rosé Sainte Marie, this liquid garnish is distilled to a bold 60% ABV with a selection of coastal botanicals, alongside olives and Cornish sea salt to conjure up the character of the Mediterranean Sea. Once you’ve prepared a drink, spray this over the top of the glass as garnish – it’ll transform G&Ts, and we’re pretty keen to try it in a Martini too!
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
