Cedar Ridge Apple Brandy begins with apple juice, which is fermented and twice pot-distilled. It is aged in a mix of American and French oak barrels and bottled at 40% ABV.
Nose: The first waft of the Apple Brandy brings Christmas straight to mind, with baking spice notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
Palate: Notes of vanilla and wood come through on the palate, with tastes of baked apples and spice.
Finish: Sweet and long.
