It’s the third exciting ‘category-defying’ spirit from Rebel Rabbet, made with some of the world’s most lavish ingredients! Another instalment in the Rebel Exile series, RES3, subtitled End of Austerity, is a spirit flavoured with white Alba truffles, filtered through beluga caviar and also features vacuum distilled orris root. No wonder only 100 bottles were produced. Decadent indeed.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
