Sino “Spicy” begins with the fresh aroma of jalapenos that have been left to sit in 100% blue agave silver tequila for 6 days prior to filtration and bottling. The flavor of the jalapeno is noticeable throughout the tequila but subtle enough to allow the agave to come thru on the pallet. The tequila has overtones of lime zest and a finish that is clean and slightly sweet with a lingering heat from the fresh jalapeno pepper.
