Ayate Tequila is very distinct, finishing their tequila’s in ex-wine barrels. This special Anejo is finished in Chardonnay barrels for six months, yielding quite a unique character.
Nose: Aroma of dark vanilla, rose petals.
Palate: Baked apples, pineapples, citrus, vanilla pods and caramel are exposed on the palate.
Finish: Touches of lingering spices.
